  I have always used this local convenience store but will never enter again after leaving with my distaught six year old. The shop owner thought it was her right to tell my six year old son that he was wrong to be carrying a doll, that boys shouldnt be doing that and he was wrong. She defended her comments whilst my upset and embarrassed child hid at the back of the shop in tears. I entered the shop to buy groceries not to defend my son against a grown womans prehistoric opinions. How dare she pass judgment. What gives her the right to even comment! I did not expect to defend my child against a supposed adult, whose comments have the potential to damage innocent children, nor will I accept it
